- 24-hour telephone response
- Professional service fee
- Meeting with your Funeral Director
- Bringing your loved one into our care
- Essential mortuary care
- Washing and dressing of your loved one
- Basic cremation casket (upgradeable if desired at additional cost)
- Taking your loved one to Wakapuaka Crematorium
- Cremation fee
- Death certificate
If you need more time with your loved one, or the chance for family and friends to gather without a service or formal structure, our ‘A Quiet Farewell’ option would be better suited.
Our professional service fee includes:
- Personal attendance and arranging of the cremation in line with your instructions, at your home or our office
- Advice on all matters to do with the cremation, and gathering the details needed to register the death
- Arranging the time, place and destination of the cremation
- Collecting the necessary certificates from the medical practitioner and paying related fees on your behalf
Additional services are available at extra cost. Please talk with your Funeral Director about your individual requirements. This plan can be adapted for burial if required.

- Collecting the necessary certificates from the medical practitioner and paying related fees on your behalf

If the death was the result of an accident and/or physical injury, ACC may be able to help.
FUNERAL GRANT
Work and Income (MSD), may be able to help, this is based on the deceased’s level of assets and income.
MAYORS WELFARE
For residents in the Christchurch area, there is also the Mayor’s Welfare Grant which is assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be applicable if other financial assistance avenues have been exhausted.
EX-SERVICE PERSONNEL
May be eligible for assistance through Veterans Affairs.
